Neal Williamson is a Student Development Supervisor at Purdue University’s Hillenbrand Dining Court, where he leads a high-performing student staff while pioneering inclusive employment initiatives. With a strong background in workforce training and human resources, Neal built a program that connects high school students with disabilities to meaningful, skill-building jobs in campus dining.
